I don't know if they are referring to a new account on Gmail or Outlook. Many articles suggest making a new account. What I don't want to do is to lose the mail residing in the IMAP folders in Gmail and Outlook. Tap on this to get to those settings>on this page it should be the Primary Server, tap on again. So, I'm concerned that it's using the IMAP for incoming mail and POP3 for outgoing, which doesn't work. I want to change the connection between GMAIL and Outlook 365 (No exchange server involved) from IMAP to POP3. POP3 Incoming Mail Server If you use Shaws POP3 incoming mail server, your email app will download email from the server, to your device.
